Goal Knowledge system for engines, open to and expandable by customers
The development of a comprehensive knowledge base is intended to support our own service colleagues and be applied as a service to an expanded product portfolio.
We now use our knowledge systematically internally and, as a findIQ partner, will also make it available to our customers in self-service mode.
