Goal Knowledge management for production stabilization

Internal and external service activities are to be made scalable through an AI-based approach so that they can then be applied to the entire production process.

I have never seen a faster and more structured way of setting up a globally scalable knowledge system.

About the company

Siemens AG, with holdings in Bad Neustadt, Germany, helps its customers with its technologies to transform the key industries of the economy: Manufacturing processes, transportation networks, buildings and energy systems. Siemens' solutions accelerate the digital transformation of numerous industries to make life more sustainable.

Motivation

The desire and necessity to innovate and scale internal and external service activities through an AI-based approach are there. Therefore, the findIQ application is being piloted internally at the mechanical engineering digitization site in Bad Neustadt to evaluate its effectiveness. The expansion of the software to the entire production facility and other locations is to be mastered by an internal team of findIQ trainers.
