... is a fast-growing tech startup from the industrial region of East Westphalia-Lippe that has set out to lead the generational change in the servicing of industrial machinery and equipment.

To this end, we have developed the first AI-supported knowledge platform for industrial services. Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service employees and make it available to all employees—for excellent fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving.

To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for digital solutions in the industrial environment. The position is full-time (40 hours) and can be filled remotely anywhere in Germany. You will mainly work from home and travel to appointments in Herford or directly to our customers as needed.

Your mission

  • You will provide strategic and operational support to key accounts and develop these relationships over the long term.
  • You will analyze customer structures, identify potential for development, and work with your contacts to develop concrete measures for improving and expanding cooperation.
  • You will ensure the successful implementation of our solutions at the customer's site and manage internal and external project participants in a targeted manner.
  • You will actively monitor market developments, identify relevant challenges at an early stage, and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner with suitable solutions.
  • You will contribute your entrepreneurial perspective to the further development of our customer strategy and actively help shape processes and structures in the area of customer success.
  • If you have the right qualifications and interest, there is the opportunity to take on management responsibility in the medium term and help build your own team.

What we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management in a technical environment, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Experience in project management, especially in managing complex customer projects.
  • Ideally, experience in an international context.
  • Experience in dealing with digital solutions, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • A strong technical understanding and genuine interest in machines and systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customers in Germany and abroad (approx. 15% travel).
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • A high level of customer focus, confident manner, and a good sense of how to deal with different conversation partners.
  • Independent, structured way of working and strong implementation skills.
  • Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to set clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
